RoGold V2 - Out Now!

RoGold - Update V2.0.0

🎉 RoGold V2 is out now, and it's the biggest update we've ever shipped.

Since Ultimate launched in 2023, the redesigned RoGold experience has been something you had to pay for. With V2, RoGold and RoGold Ultimate become one extension, and the whole redesign is free for everyone. You don't even need an account to use it.

Already subscribed to Ultimate? You don't lose a thing. Your plan, perks and settings all carry over, and the first time you open V2, we'll walk you through what's changed.

There's far too much in V2 for one post, so this one covers the highlights. For every detail, we've written two deep dives:

🆓 RoGold Is Free

Everything you see in the RoGold redesign is now free, signed in or not. Make a free RoGold account, and you also get saved features like playtime totals, My Roblox, Passports and RoGold Calendar.

Ultimate adds the more advanced features, like session-by-session playtime, recaps, in-depth trading analytics, wearing community themes and a monthly Points stipend. Developer Edition includes all of that, plus our tools for Roblox developers.

If something isn't part of your plan, you'll see a locked preview with example data instead, so you know exactly what you'd be getting. For the full breakdown, check out our feature list.

🎨 Classic Roblox Is Back

Remember Roblox around 2016? The new Classic theme brings it back, in both Light and Dark, with the blue navbar, R$ labels, rating bars, and the old catalog, trade window, chat and avatar editor. It's still RoGold underneath, so the classic trade window has all of RoGold's trading tools built in.

If you prefer today's Roblox, the new Modern Light and Modern Dark themes match roblox.com exactly.

🌍 My Roblox

My Roblox is a new home for everything you've done on Roblox. It has your playtime, a timeline of everything you've played, a journal page for every game, your personal records, and Passports that fill up with stamps as you play. With Ultimate, you also get Recaps, a swipeable deck of cards showing how you played each week.

🤝 Trade Ads and a Smarter Trades Page

Trade Ads is a new page where anyone can browse trade ads, and one click opens a trade with the items already filled in. The Trades page has a new insights area, too, and every trade now opens with a verdict bar showing exactly what you'd gain.

📅 RoGold Calendar

RoGold Calendar puts every Roblox event you care about in one place, in your own time zone. Watch a game to follow its events and updates, get reminders, and make your own plans with friends. It's free with a RoGold account.

🛍️ Level Rewards and Points

Levelling up now has a proper reward trail, with a free track and an Ultimate track, and the level cap goes up to 150. You can also buy RoGold Points with Robux or card, and Ultimate and Developer Edition members get Points every month.

🛠️ For Developers

The Developer Panel has grown into a full analytics suite for your games and UGC, with new tabs, custom date ranges and stats you can arrange however you like. Your own game pages get an Owner Stats tab, too. Both are part of Developer Edition.

There's plenty more in the extension, from the new Portfolio tab on profiles to rebuilt community management and a new server region map. Read everything new in the extension.

💻 RoGold Desktop

The RoGold app is now RoGold Desktop, and it's packed with new tools:

• RoGold Designer - design Roblox UI visually, with over 600 effects, a library of 200+ assets, Designer AI, and one-click sending to Studio

• RoGold 3D - build, light and path-trace render scenes, and model your own meshes and accessories

• The Game Bar - an in-game overlay with widgets for servers, playtime, performance, friends and more

• Spotlight - search all of Roblox from any window with one shortcut

• Games - in-depth analytics for any game on Roblox

• RoGold Files - your Roblox assets and local files, organised in one place

It runs on Windows, macOS and now Linux. Designer and RoGold 3D are part of Developer Edition, and most of the other tools come with Ultimate. Read everything in RoGold Desktop.

📱 iOS and Apple Watch

On iOS 18.4 and later, the full RoGold V2 extension now runs inside the RoGold app, signed in automatically and full width on iPad. The Safari extension has been updated to V2, too.

The iOS app itself has been redesigned, with a Liquid Glass tab bar and Dark, Light, AMOLED and System themes. You can follow Roblox events with reminders and Live Activities, get outage and trade alerts, and add new Playtime, Next Event, Roblox Status, Recently Played and Friends Online widgets. You can even ask Siri whether Roblox is down.

And RoGold is on Apple Watch now, with your avatar, friends, games and items, your RoGold level and daily reward, and Roblox's live status, right on your wrist. On Developer Edition, you can even launch games and Studio on your PC from your watch.

💬 Discord

Our Discord currency is now called RoGold Flakes, and your old balance has come with it. Link your Discord account to RoGold, and you can spend Flakes on extension Points, cosmetics and multipliers.

✨ And So Much More

There are plenty of smaller fixes and improvements across every RoGold product that didn't fit in here. We've also rewritten our privacy policy for V2.
